Tiiwee Outdoor PIR Motion Sensor TWPIR03 for my KERUI G19 Alarm System
I bought this outdoor sensor for my KERUI G19 Security Alarm System since KERUI don't do an outdoor sensor that works on 433 Mhz systems (their DW9 won't work as it uses an FSK signal). Fortunately this one connected to the G19 system perfectly. It uses AA batteries instead of the AAA batteries used by the KERUI PIR indoor sensors. This TWPIR03 (or TWPIR04) sensor has two internal switches: one controls the distance over which the sensor works (6 meteres or 12 meters) and the other switch determines if the PIR red light shines when the sensor is activated (this red light signal will warn the burgular that they have triggered the alarm). The sensor is mounted using the same ball and socket arrangement used in the KERUI PIR indoor sensors.Overall, I'm happy with it and it hasn't given me any false alarms when in heavy rain.
