Prior to buying my Subaru 2.5 years ago I had a Ford Fusion with key pad entry. After an accident that totaled my car, I bought the Forester because of the safety, however from week 1 I started locking my keys in the car LOL bad habits are difficult to break. I locked my keys inside so many times I bought this magnet box and it has saved my but too many times to count. It holds tight on the chassis, and let me tell you, I am an all season backroads backpacker so I am very tough on my vehicle and this has made it through. Life saver for sure.

Large size fits most keys

This case is very sturdy and strong. It is made with thick hard plastic. It seals water tight. The magnets are very strong, possibly rare earth magnets.

Have a motorcycle and it stayed on like glue. It was hard to remove but it stayed secured on the motorcycle.

Was extremely pleased to find how sturdy and snappy the case claps are as well as how powerful the magnet is on even uneven surfaces.Also, the foam padding that came with the case fit snug inside both sides.Positively chuffed with the quality for the price.

It initially seemed secure. Very powerful magnet, four snap flaps to hold the lid down, nice padding inside and even a small zip bag to put your keys and fob into to keep it waterproof. well, that didn't last long. One snap flap wouldn't stay shut. I put my key and fob inside and found a nice spot to put it under my car. The magnet is very strong and it took a big pull to get it loose. However, the magnet is screwed on with a phillips head screw, nut and washer that was not even tight. This is a piece of junk as far as I am concerned.And back to Amazon it goes
