The media could not be loaded.  I have been on the look out for an extendable lead with a strong/ think lead at the beginning of the lead, many just have a thin cord. I needed this as you can see from the video my yorkie bites the lead excitedly at the beginning of the walk. Im very happy with this extendable lead. It is light and comfortable to hold.

This is the 2nd Ylong lead I’ve had. The first eventually did fail to reliably hold when fully retracted but I do have a very active miniature poodle puppy who I walk frequently. The Ylong lead is flat so doesn’t cut your legs or the dogs if you get in a twist. It is longer than another I had. It works smoothly both in and out. Best of of it functions using one hand. Valuable when juggling a full poo bag, gloves and perhaps some training treats. Reasonably priced too.

Delighted with this expandable leash. It appears very sturdily made, is not too large or heavy for my hand and the leash glides in and out very smoothly. Perfect for my dog who is a lurcher who is not very large. This size would not be suitable for a large or heavy dog.

Bought to take daughter’s GSD puppy for walkies as he was due to stay with me for a while in the day. However Grandson was sent home to isolate so he only had two days that he could go out....worked well for that time....won’t be strong enough for him when fully grown so will have to buy a puppy to be able to use it!!

I bought this for my puppy and am very disappointed. The actual length is fine but too flimsy when extended, wind or no wind!.Therefore keeps getting caught up in the handle because of this. My puppy’s breed is a miniature Pinscher so it’s definitely not due to her size! The lock is slightly different and took a day or two to master.I would not recommend this item.

Not bad, but found the tape sometimes folds, preventing it retracting quickly. Also found the brake / lock mechanism uncomfortable to use, perhaps because my previous ones operated differently and I automatically try to use it that way.

Excellent and really comfortable on my dogs. Got a green and blue one , had same ones before and Velcro starting to go a bit but that’s after two years. My dogs hate anything over their heads so they are ideal as you just step into them.

I bought this as I live in an area where there are lots of sheep so thought it would give my dog a bit of freedom. However, he doesn't seem to like being too far ahead and prefers his regular lead so I will have to find another home for it.
