The installation was very easy; can't rate tech service as I didn't need them! Nice looking package with with printed-on graphics for each port (although I needed my cheaters to read the text). I have 7 locations and conventional splitters just lost too much signal strength. The pass-through port for VoIP was important. I would give 5-stars but I don't possess the necessary tech gear to measure signal strength. Very satisfied based on viewing my HD and 4K televisions, and internet connection (my provider is Charter for CATV, internet and phone).

Dropped this product on the main cable coming in to my house. Split off to the nine TV's throughout my 3400 sq foot home without a hitch. No fuzz or glitching on the picture. Cox cable boxes working great. The internet port seems to be working optimal. Pulling 1gb data with gigablast wifi no problem. Easy install if youre only 25% tech savvy.

Some of the offered boosters amplify the signal to your box, but this one also assists the return signal. That has been an issue for me. When the box didn't get a strong enough return signal I was having all kinds of issues with my cable box. Now it is fast and reliable. Very satisfied.

This is the second one I've bought , one for my home and one for my moms house. Does a good job. Put a two way splitter on one leg, still looked good.

It missed one of the promised part and it was impossible to send it to me.

This amp was able to make 40 yr old attic antenna come back to life!

I'm experimenting with NextGen TV. OTA Signal on my existing system was uneven. This cleaned it right up.
