miR® - 120LBS PRO (Long Style) Adjustable Weighted Vest

well this was a highly anticipated vest I was looking forward to get. I have been using it for about a week and it has increased my edurance, loss excessive weight, increased muscle mass and strength. I still have not added the full capacity of the vest Im barely putting on 80 lbs. and its a heck of a workout! My pull ups have increased by five extra sets and as well as reps. push ups are very challenging when wearing the vest. Overall this product was a wonderful investment. What better way to invest on Health!!!!

The vest fits very comfortably and is pretty sturdy. In reality I would have to say that it is slightly bigger than the picture but does it's job well regardless. I don't know if I can do sit ups but I can do some pretty tough push;s with these. You can get a good sweat going with this vest thanks

I have this vest,but in 100lbs. This vest will test your limits. I can workout with the full 100, doing push ups, squats and dips. I tried to hike with the full 100 and I had to cut it short. I removed 20lbs , now I`m hiking at 80 and hope to work my way up to 100 and then buy more weights after that. This will be the only vest you will ever need. Go get one and start getting strong.
