Good buy for the money. Instructions were confusing. Once we got it working it’s greatUpdate June 2020: recording quit working. Replaced the hard drive with no results. Called manufacturer and they sent a new one (took 3 months to get here). Still is not working, so seems this is not worth the money. Going to demand a refund.

the manual is almost obsolete. or for professionals. after i got it working, two months the hhd was gone.after 5 months the system went off. i do not know why it had all the good reviews.

This has to be one of the very best wireless security camera systems you will find anywhere on the internet. We've owned two other systems that didn't have the image quality or the ease of setting up and they both ultimately disappointed us and failed. They were even more expensive than this one. This one has an app that allows us to check any of our cameras with really sharp images. My wife set up the whole system by herself and when she encountered a problem, customer service was quick to call her personally and help guide her through the solution. We're already recommending this system to our friends. I'm pretty picky about what we buy on the internet, but I'd buy this system again in a heartbeat. (We have 8 cameras, here some pictures)

I just received the products one hour ago, fast shipping. Only set up the nvr and connected all cameras around my 4000 sf house to test them. Good quality, it doesn’t look cheap. Easy process basically plugging and that’s it. No special expertise to complete this set up. Now just wait this week and see how they work until the weekend when I will install basically the electric part. For now no complaints and for the price are pretty good. I did not take the plastic out from Lena until finish and images are good. I will update my review as soon I complete all my job

The only downside about this system and does not give you any notification about any movement or any changes and most of the cameras on the mobile app it does not work and that is not because I was too far installed from the device it was actually in the good distance fairly close the signal bar was all green but they keep losing or not having a good connection not all of them only three of my camera.

At first I had a little problem to set it up but when I called support line the lady gave me instructions and helped me resolve the issue really fast now It works as it’s supposed to, the quality of picture is great and so far I am very satisfied with this purchase also the price is great too.

The picture quality is very good with easy setup. I would buy this item again.

System works well for the money. However outdoor cameras could use a better antenna. Had to order WiFi booster antennas for some of the cameras due to very poor signal. Base unit could have better antennas. But, when everything is properly working it has a great picture and the night vision works extremely well. For the money, I would highly recommend this system. With a few simple and low cost upgrades you can have a great system!
