I bought this reversing camera for my Dad to have in his lorry, however not many weeks after having it, the monitor stopped work. As the return period had ended, we contacted Huacang directly (via the email provided in the Amazon product description) to enquire about their 12 month replacement warranty and lifetime support guarantee. We spoke with Zhong who was extremely helpful, firstly advising possible methods to fix the monitor, but after no luck he was quick to send us a replacement which arrived in several days. Both monitors we have had display a slightly purple image, not affecting its purpose so on the whole the reversing camera works well. The 12 month replacement warranty and excellent customer service provided by Huacang undoubtedly made the purchase worthwhile.

I'd much prefer it only to come on when I'm reversing but whenever I turn on the ignition it automatically comes on and I have to manually switch it off every time.

Good product value for money good quality pictures day and night both. Only thing is the cable wasn’t long enough to my Luton van. Apart from that its good product and worth for money

Looks good but parts missing ie cable and screws to put camera together

It's a present for my daughter for her birthday so it not been sorted yet

This was just what was needed, nice long cable and easy to fit, the only thing wrong with it is the mounting bracket would be better with one that can swivel.
