Do not follow the instructions in the back, they are incorrect, search up a Youtube tutorial that guides you through the proper instructions.I've been to Japan and tried their popular fluffy pancakes, they're super good and don't even need syrup. This product is nearly identical to it, nearly though, but don't underestimate it either, It was super good. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars from me is because it was a little difficult to make it right. Even by the standards of someone who often made pancakes. I followed a YouTube tutorial with a family member and it took 3 tries to get it close enough. So you'll have to experiment. They're 100% worth it though

This is by far the best pancake mix on the planet! Japanese brands are usually the best. This one is no exception! We like to make waffles and pancakes with this mix. It does well in the waffle iron and on a flat top. It cooks super fast too. No need to add any additional ingredients to this mix besides the instructions on the package. However, we do change it up a bit and add some vanilla and a hint of sugar to the batter, but it really doesn’t need it!

If you want sweet fluffy cake for breakfast, definitely buy. Apparently 1 portion is equal to one packet. One packet make 3 very large fluffy pancakes. I personally thought it was too much. Next time I think I will split one packet between the 2 of us, rather than 2 full packets.

I love it. Japanese flour tastes different other bands. Easy to make pancakes and cakes. When every times my friends come to visit me, I make this for them, they really like it.
