Original review was 2 stars back in 2014 and I'm sorry this took so long because I'd forgotten I wrote this review. I have taken pycnogenol for years and have found that this product doesn't deliver as well as those in capsules even if I break the tablets up.BUT I have found that if I chew these they work very well. Also, and this won't hold for everyone, I learned I needed to take digestive enzymes.

Before I started taking Pycnogenol, I read about the bad smell of the pills and was skeptical, but these pills do not have a very strong smell at all.I purchased another brand for pycnogenol and that brand Stinks!! This one is worth the few extra bucks to not deal with the smell. There is a smell but its not nearly as bad as the other ones.Also the pills are very small which is great.I'm definitely going to continue purchasing this brand.

Not harsh on my stomach like aspirin is but I take it with food as not to risk that. Also medical studies say it’s good pre flight to prevent clots.

I just bought this and I'm into my third day now. I usually use Celebrex for my knees, but this is almost doing the same pain killing work. I can tell that it needs time to build up in the body. The first day, nothing. Second day, some pain killing. Third day, wow almost as much relief as Celebrex. I am hoping I can stop taking the Celebrex and all the NSAIDS, and it looks like this might just do it

I figured it was worth a try, bought some locally, and it was a true miracle...no more hot flashes. Then, I saw that Amazon had a better price on it and now, I will make sure I'm never without it. Even my doctor didn't talk against it as they do sometimes when you try an OTC medication. It has changed my life!
