It really works!!
This is the only product that has worked for my snoring. My husband is sleeping better and so am I. I recommend trying it, especially for the price. I have experienced some pain in the morning because it's not custom made to fit my mouth, but it is lessening each day. The cleaner is nice, and rinses right off and leaves a fresh minty scent.

Horrible fit
This product is cheaply made and is impossible to wear due to the simple fact of poor materials and lack of awareness of the size of the human mouth. Zero stars, if possible. Goes right in the trash. Maybe I can use the tiny bottle of cleaning solution to spiff up my shoes.

Not very comfortable.
Not very comfortable. Lowers your snoring a bit, but doesn't stop it completely.

Really tried to like this
My snoring keeps my poor wife awake and when I looked into this product I was hopeful that it could help. The first 3 weeks were amazing and my wife could finally get a full nights rest, BUT after that it stopped being as effective. It seems to have lost its ability to keep my mouth open, it’s like it’s wore out and for the cost I feel as if it should have worked longer than 3 weeks. Did buy another thinking that the first one was defective but same issue with the second one. The tension just gets weak after a few weeks really effecting it’s ability to stop me from snoring. Guess a $50ish dollar solution was too good to be true. May be that I grind my teeth which put a great deal of stress thus reducing its effectiveness, so may work better for others? Won’t buy another and keep sleeping in the couch. Also when I first used starting using this it really caused a lot of pain (teeth) and my jaw was very sore but after a few weeks I seem to adjust and the pain subsided. This is stated on the directions but it caused quite a bit if discomfort had trouble eating the first couple of days.

Not “Snake Oil”… This thing actually WORKS.
I don’t know exactly HOW… but this thing actually WORKS.I’m still surprised to this day my wife hasn’t ended me in my sleep considering how bad I snore, but figured it was time to explore my options.I’ve heard for over a year on Joe Rogan and other podcasts about “anti-snoring” mouthpieces and though they were all gimmicks, but I ordered this on a whim and even the very first night I tried it… ZERO snoring. (According to my wife).I thought after putting it in my mouth before bed that it would bother me, but after a couple of minutes with it in, it was barely noticeable. I slept like a baby all night and woke up with it still in my mouth (which I also didn’t expect). It aligns your top/bottom jaws together and keeps your bottom one from sliding back (which apparently makes you snore).I did feel some slight disalignment with my teeth the first day, but not after that.Actually stopped using it this week and still haven’t snored yet. (I’m guessing it did some aligning of my mouth/jaw).

Worst device as compared to others
I have struggled with snoring for some years now. I have been using a Bruxism device by others. The device I was presently using was a molded version from a different manufacturer. I figured I would give another brand a try. After seeing various reviews I figured I would try one out in hopes it might be better than what I was using. Unfortunately I was really disappointed. The device arrived and is a cheap plastic non conforming to your teeth device that is absolutely useless for its intended purpose. This device would not be useful to anyone and appears to be a “bait and switch” type ploy to get you to part with your money for a piece of useless plastic. Avoid spending your money on this and purchase a moldable version which actually holds tight to your teeth and actually does what it states.

It works BUT
I’ve used Z quiet size 1 (1mm) for about three weeks. It’s easy to use, soft, and does not cause gum irritation. I tracked my snoring with an app- and the first few nights I stopped snoring completely. My sleep quality increased and I felt more rested. With that said, the jaw soreness and teeth sensitivity was pretty bad the first few days. I stuck with it and it did eventually get better. BUT- I also discovered that the more I used the product, the less I would be able to re-align my bite in the morning. It got to the point where I wasn’t able to properly chew anymore because my bite has been altered so bad. My jaw also started clicking pretty bad, which are early signs of TMJ (thought I was too young for that!) I also noticed that after week 2 - my snoring started coming back - no more than 4-9 minutes a night but it was loud enough to wake my partner up. Still, a significant improvement. My bottom teeth started feeling pretty fragile from the constant pressure and I couldn’t take the fact that I couldn’t chew properly anymore - so I had to find a solution that does not move your jaw (they are out there and they DO work!).Pros: - significantly reduces or completely stops snoring-easy to use-affordableCons: - not fitted for your mouth so can cause significant pressure and pain on teeth that aren’t aligned. Painful for smaller jaws or teeth that are not perfect- causes a lot of jaw pain- re-alignés your bite, makes it very hard and painful to chew-ignites TMJ event if you didn’t think you had itAnd no, these symptoms don’t go away even after a week of not wearing the device. It takes a few weeks for your mouth to go back to feeling normal. Conclusion: I think this device would work for healthy adults with perfectly straight teeth and normally aligned jaws, and who have no symptoms of TMJ. However, I have a feeling that even these people will experience some sort of jaw misalignment after continued use. Talk to your dentist, peeps!
