Actually, the seller is cheating us by providing very small clock. Also, the product qualities is so cheap. It’s not working and it will not work at all. The thing is we may feel like it’s so cheaper ₹230, but ₹230, You’ll get two similar pieces outside in the market. If you go to any fancy store, you will get this, but this seller is cheating us by only replacing the items why he is not accepting returning the items so they know that nobody will buy this.

Quality is not good, very delicate

Stopped working after 5 months. Requested replacement as it is having warranty of 1 year. Amazon asked to write to Orpat customer care. No response from them. Then called Amazon customer care, given all details asked for and got reply that i will get replacement shortly. Nothing happened after 2 weeks. Called customer care again, another person took and they don't know anything about previous call. Another ticket had given after all photos sharing as requested. CC confirmed that i will get replacement this time. Nothing happened even after 3 months!! Wow Amazon and Orpat !!!
