HUSO has been a total game changer in terms of shifting my body from high stress & "constant flight or flight mode" (sympathetic dominance) to a much calmer disposition of rest/relaxation/ and healing (para sympathetic). As a long time health enthusiast, I have used a variety of sound healing techniques including binaural beats and meditation tracks to help reduce stress and be the best version of me. But nothing has worked as well as HUSO. After a single session, I feel deeply relaxed and refreshed, ready to tackle life again. My favorite tracks so far are Calm, Expand, Ground, Release, and Serenity.And it builds over the time! The more consistently you use it, the better you feel. And it helps everything else you are doing from supplements to meditation to work better. We are constantly being bombarded by modern stressors including junk light, EMF, environmental toxins, and the pace of life, that we are constantly stressed and need a reset. And I have found that HUSO works incredibly well in providing that transformational on demand release of stress that we all need. Game changer.

The technology and use of vibration and sound is very stimulating. Only issue was the headset stopped working on one side after 3 months.

I could not recommend this product more highly. It was suggested to me by a friend for anxiety and persistent difficulty sleeping, but it has provided many more benefits beyond this. I was reluctant to spend $500 for any product, especially one I wasn't sure would work, but I can say honestly: it is 100% worth the money.The best thing about HUSO, is that at my most anxious and when I've had many days in a row of sleeplessness, it's difficult to meditate, practice deep breathing, or do any of the things I know will eventually help me relax. HUSO helps me calm down without effort on my part. It calibrates and restores the body ensuring restful sleep as well as calm and groundedness the following days. I recommend this for anyone looking to enhance their well-being and quality of life and particularly for those who have tried sleep aids, anxiety medications, and even Eastern-based mindful practices without sufficient success.

I have no experience with this therapy at all. I was looking for a meditation tone box that wasn't music...just tones...and came across this. Too expensive, wrist and ankle pads...what? Got on you tube and saw it was a therapy that heals or balances. Ordered it...got it...and tried it out. Nothing much for 10 min...Then tingles...Then sinking into peace...Then relaxed...then very relaxed. Afterwards, floaty spaced out feeling. Then all is good feeling...or comfort. Hard to explain an altered state of being that isn't done with meditation...but rather done to you. I thought I really lost my mind trying something this far out on the spectrum of reality for health of improvements...but it works. Just be patient, listen to the tones for 30 min. Don't talk to yourself about how crazy this is, relax. Then freak out after you're done. Advice after I did all of the above. It's really weird...in a good way.

First, I'll start with dispelling the hype. This is not a meditation substitute. After use, you may feel like having gone through a light meditation session with more pointed effects (focus, calmness, etc.). Secondly, while I've definitely noticed real effects, they're not going to change your world on their own. Whatever your goals are, like anything else, you have to align your actions with them.I personally bought this to get a grip on my habits via the "focus" sounds. I played around with "grounded" and "calm" and found them both to be, again, useful. Via "focus", I found myself drawn to take up Qigong, which has proven very effective at balancing things, etc. So for me, the expense wound up worth it.Now for the bad. Oh my word, they really cheaped out on some parts of this design. The cable connection on the headphones is iffy (I would advise replacing with better headphones), the paint on the knobs comes off within a few days of gentle use, and the scrolling mechanism for choosing your program is the most erratic, poorly-implemented method I've seen. Seriously.Good stuff, the reviews on their site add a little too much hype, and they could use design changes, but I'm overall happy.
