No return on broken product, unacceptable!
Product was broken. Unable to use. I understand the "No return policy" as it is a case of hygiene. But in my book unacceptable if product is not in working order. One should at the very least be given a replacement.

the item arrived badly damaged, both the cup and the tip are flattened and split, impossible to use and the goods are not subject to return. I ask either for a refund or sending an identical product
