I've owned a few different hydration backpacks. The one I just bought seems to be OK, so far. I've only used it a few times cycling.Two issues, one is the suspension clips inside that hold the bladder, the plastic is cheap and thin, and shows low quality. I just read the product description on Amazon and it says the backpack comes with steel suspenders for holding the bladder. Mine came with thin, cheap plastic suspenders that are hard to use, see photo.Also, the 'bite' mouthpiece sticks and has low flow compared to higher end hydration packs. Overall it is an OK pack for the money, but shows that it was cheaply made in China. Thanks for mailing the mouthpiece clip, but I think you should just include it anyway, rather than use it as bait for positive reviews.NOTE: After posting this review the Seller changed the product description from "Steel" to "Clip" suspenders - though never returned my email complaining about the false description.2nd NOTE: Seller eventually responded and refunded my money. So while the product lacked some quality, the customer service was excellent in the end. Thanks!

The 2L bag is the perfect size for my 6-10 mile hikes. There’s plenty of room for my iPhone, tissues, & a snack. Making the purchasing process even better are the bonuses I received (a bladder cleaning kit + 2 bite valves & a bladder clip). Nauman Sheikh, the founder & CEO of Aquatic Way, has so far greatly exceeded my expectations. I’m certain that should any issues arise, he will be there to help.

It’s just the perfect size for a few hours of hiking, with room for a few snacks, my sunscreen, and a couple other small essentials I may need. It also has a sleek and simple design, and I absolutely adore the shade of yellow.Unfortunately, the straps fit a little weird on me, so I assume it was designed for someone a bit bigger than myself. I’ve also noticed minor leakage where the bite valve and tube connect.Overall, I’m pretty happy with this product, and would recommend for anyone who packs minimally.

This is a great little backpack. I highly suggest this for someone whom goes biking or even hiking. Has a bladder that you can put water or your favorite hydration drink in and no need to take out a bottle, just sip from the include straw.

I like that it holds 2 liters. I live in Florida on 2.5 acres that I care for myself, along with chickens and guineas. I'm in the yard all day. This water pack saves my life and allows me to stay in the yard longer. Thank you.

This product is light weight but it isn’t made very well. The first one I received, the stitching tore not even half way through an 8 mile run. It also leaked, although I couldn’t find the source of the leak. I returned that one, and the second one I received has a very obvious leak from the hose attachment site on the water bag. I bought cheap, and it shows. I would absolutely not recommend this product.

Bought two for my kids. Ages 4 and 6. The love them. Very easy for them to use.

Received it on time. Well made design and is sturdy. Could not be more happier with my purchase. A nice holiday gift idea for avid hikers, runners, bikers.
