Cheap, functional and not available at my local hardware store. No need to piece this together when you can buy it ready to go. Add a 2" piece of 3/4" pvc, threaded on both ends, and you can use this to winterize your travel trailer too. Happy with my purchase.

I had some sprinklers to blow out and had lost the adapter I made years ago. Spent hours in the big box stores and couldn't find what I needed. I then went to a store specializing in irrigation where they cobbled together a bunch of parts to make an adapter that was functional but clunky. I found this adapter on Amazon and ordered it immediately. This is a dream come true - well built, small, and it works flawlessly. I like the fact that two adapters are provided so I have a spare stashed away.

I'm giving them 3 stars because they didn't work for my sprinkler system.... Would be nice to know what systems they work for. But they were quality made. That's important.

The blowout plug came quickly, was just as described, and worked great. My only negative comment was my fault as I needed a male hose fitting and had to buy an adapter
