After my daughter was born by c-section, I had such a hard time trying to sleep in bed. I messed around all night with pillows, trying to get back support while I fed her and then trying to lay down again comfortably. I ended sleeping in our recliner for weeks because my core wasn’t strong enough and my incision was keeping me from sleeping/getting up comfortably.This pillow was exactly what I needed. Once I got this, I was able to get back into bed and sleep and nurse comfortably. It’s stuffed enough that it’s as supportive as I needed and super comfortable. The bolster is great behind my head or lower back.This would have been perfect for pregnancy as well as I was trying find spinal support while sitting in bed.I’m wish I would have bought this sooner!

The price was a little higher than some others I was looking at, but the reviews indicated a quality product, which was absolutely accurate! The cover is extremely soft, the pillow provides wonderful support that doesn't slouch after hours of use, and the detachable neck pillow sits tall enough to support my head and neck (I'm 5'11"). This is not one of those cheap pillows you'll find at your local retailer. This is larger, heavier, and more supportive than anything I've seen in stores. If you have suddenly found yourself working from home more, propped against pillows in an attempt to be comfortable, do yourself a favor and buy this pillow. My only regret was waiting so long to purchase it.

I went with this pillow because I liked that it had a neck pillow attachment - and that was a waste of money. If I could go back, I’d opt for a less expensive one without the neck attachment...That being said, it’s a very firm pillow that gives the back support I needed when I bought it. It’s not cushiony - it’s actually firm.When it came in, I took it out of the vacuum seal and shook it out and let it sit for a few hours, then I finished it off by throwing it in the dryer - it was a great combination and I recommend it!

Finally at long last a bed rest wide enough for my rear end. So soft and cozy that I use the arms for a bed pillow. Just the right height for my head for sleeping on either side. Using satin pillowcases on the arms so the arm cover doesn't get soiled from my hair and face. The bed rest is indeed heavy so I won't be changing back and forth between a pillow and a bed rest. The cover fabric is soft and quality, pretty and shiny. Be sure to allow a FULL 48 hours for the bed rest to completely decompress, 24 hours just won't do it. And be sure to position the bed rest just right to get the comfort you need, you don't just sit up in it, you have to move it around and adjust it to get your personalized comfort. I have to slant mine away from the wall at an angle, did request extra fiber fill.

Way too expensive for what it does. I have had others before that does the exact same thing for far much less. After 8 hours waiting for it to puff up, I have to open the zipper and do it my self with my hands, it took me about 25 mins to manually separate the filling and have it completely puff up. Not impressed at all, it is a decent size, but then I can't imagine how small is the medium one (for kids maybe). It is hard, not that comfortable, doesn't feel like memory foam AT ALL just a cheap filling. I will be returning it and keep using either the cheap one I bought for $20 or just layers of my memory foam pillows when studying or working on my bed.

I have health issues that currently make my bed the most comfortable place to hang out. This was just what I was looking for! Very sturdy and well made. It is high enough to support my head anyway so I took off the head support and placed it behind my lumbar area. As others have said, the arms could be longer but that is NOT a deal breaker for me! Yes, not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I just got mine today so I haven't really used it since it is still inflating..however, I did want to mention (as a few other people did) that it emits a rather chemical odor. I am asthmatic and very sensitive to odors like this...tomorrow if it is warm enough I'll put it outside for the day and see if that helps. It certainly feels (at this point) that it will provide good back support and not squish down like my pillows d
