Exactly as pictured and it's super adorable,I thought the necklace would be a little bigger buts it's okay they are still cute. Will leave a review again after using.Update:Love it everyone in work is complementing this necklace it's spool cute and the lavender is amazing.

I am very satisfied with this product for the price I payed. I've seen many other necklaces that cost about the same just for the necklace and pads alone. They look very nice with any outfit!The reason I give 4 stars is because the peppermint smells just like cough medicine, which is not the most pleasing aroma and not what I was expecting.Overall I am very happy, this would be a great gift for someone.

3 stars because the necklace and pads themselves were quality stainless steel and served their purpose. The oils however had leaked inside the box and we're empty and a mess. So poor packaging on oils or defective top.

Great quality product. The scent of the oils are amazing. The necklaces are beautiful. My mother and I wear our necklaces daily and they have not tarnished. Also there are plenty of colorful refill pads to go with different outfits.
