The perfect example of you get what you paid for: the stitching of this came apart straight away, both in the lining and the straps. I only use it to carry my lightweight laptop when I go into the office, which is only once a week, and yet it fell apart really quickly. Shame as it's a great size and has a nice amount of space and pockets, but unless you buy it to carry, don't know a feather perhaps, steer well clear.

Bought this bag on the 15th December for a Xmas present it has now only been in use for 6 weeks and the strap is broken, and the lock doesn’t work. Really disappointed as I bought it for my husband who was really pleased with it. Unfortunately I am unable to contact the seller to find out if it can be replaced given the short time i.ve had it. After sales service has really let it down.

This is a really nice bag, with lots of little pockets to help organise things.The bag is quite sturdy, and has put up with a lot of abuse. (I have not treated it well)Very happy with it.

Sadly this piece is crap, the shoulder straps got torn within 15 days of use, light weight to university.Not worth your money!! look elsewhere!!
