VIBE Powerbox Micro Mono Amplifier - 1 x 400W, Black

I was a little skeptical getting this, but bought it and thought what’s the worst that can happen, good news I won’t be returning as this little amp packs one hell a punch, connected to a alpine 12inch tube sub and it handles power like some of the big boys, I played to to a few friends and then showed them the amp and they’re reaction was “ is that the amp? What?!!!!!!! Wow!!!!! Sound is good Build is good and can easily be hidden away

Ideal amp for vibe subwoofer box, easy connection, requires a bit of knowledge to wire up to battery and hiding wires under carpet but once done sounds great

I wanted to add a 10" sub and amp to my BMW i3s stereo as the factory unit does not have enough bass. This amp is so simple to connect up and very small, the phonos take both line level and high level and take minimal setup. If you use high level you don't need a remote line as it is auto detect switch on/off. The remote line then works as source meaning you can power up other amps that don't have this feature. There is a supplied bass knob and cable to you can dial down the bass when giving your Aunty a lift home and then blow the doors off later. It is very powerful for the size and does not disappoint. Only minor gripe is that the bass know cable is not very long.

It’s small, light and the power out put is what my system required so win win win. It looks sleek, has a remote gain dial incase the kids complain, no ejector button if the misses does though! All in all, if you want a compact, easy amp to run a entry level system it’s more than capable. Will be getting another for the project car as well as the 4way the same size, save space and weight but have decent gains.

Not used a ton yet but have yet to have any issues. One thing I don't like is the terminal sizes for the wire, I have gone with the - KnuKonceptz Bassik 8 Gauge Complete Amplifier Installation Amp Wiring Kit with RCA I put some ferrules on the ends but they would not fit the terminals, so best to go with a 10 gauge OFC cable and not 8 gauge CCA like I did Paired with the Vibe slick 10" Subwoofer.

Took some time to install this little amplifier as the wiring has to be 8AWG or smaller due to the size of the terminals on the amp. My old Kenwood KAC-6203 kept cutting out, so I planned to replace it with this, so I had to remove the 4WG wiring I had fitted and install 8AWG. All fitted, we took a good hour and a half to adjust the amplifier... And whilst it does give plenty of bass, it's not where near the Kenwood it replaced, despite having more power RMS. This amp was set on FULL gain and turned up at the stereo end but still not matching the older amplifier. We then took it out and fitted it in a friend's car parked next to mine and it was the same thing. I've now returned the vibe power box amp, and I'm repairing my old amplifier. Disappointed, as I'd seen the hype on the reviews but I guess the older amplifiers really do deliver bass differently. For clarity the Sub in question is an old 12 inch Kicker. This wasn't powerful enough unfortunately, however I think for a 10, 2x 10's or an 8 inch or would be more than enough.

I got a 1000w Alpine bass tube in my boot and wanted an amp close to the wattage of my tube. This amp is perfect! Easy to wire up, with the added bonus of a control knob that can turn the level of bass up and down without touching the amp. I definitely recommend. Very good for the money.

Die größe der Endstufe ist wirklich der Hammer. Sie passt überallhin und kann durch ihre 1ohm Stabilität jeden Subwoofer gut versorgen. Die Leistungsdaten reichen vollkommen aus um einen dezenten bzw. Wirkungsgrad starken Subwoofer zu betreiben. Selbst dickere Kaliber habe ich mit ihr testweise befeuert ( Gladen sql12 oder Audio system H18 ). Selbst die beiden hatten Spaß mit der kleinen. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Suche nach nem Kleinen Powerzwerg ist der nicht viel Kabel bzw. Strom braucht.

Amplificatore mono, un solo canale, in classe D. Consuma pochissimo per quello che tira fuori. Ovviamente un po' freddo come suono, asciutto anche se manca un pelo di controllo, non ha un gran fattore di smorzamento. Ho ascoltato e posseduto di moto meglio ma a costi e con consumi nettamente più elevati. Affiancato ad un ottimo sub vecchia scuola della Boston Acoustic da 30cm in cassa reflex, in una monovolume si fa sentire eccome! Prezzo prestazioni ottimo! Lo ricomprerei...speriamo duri nel tempo.

I added this to my standard JBL setup in my Toyota Fortuner. The sub was great before, but now with this it is much more responsive and have got loads more control over levels. Incredible value for such a massive upgrade in sound.

Was recommended this from someone on Mazda6Club when talking about mini amps as I needed one for my new sub. This thing works great for the price and is the perfect size. I'm considering getting one of there mini 4 channels now to replace my Infinity REF-704A
