ZINUS Jocelyn Sofa Couch, Armless Design, Easy, Tool-Free Assembly, Beige

I took a leap of faith buying this after several reviews stating it was incredibly uncomfortable. I bought it with the intention of making it a booth for a table in the future and figured it wouldn’t be used a ton so it would be okay if it wasn’t super comfortable. After assembling it (which was incredibly easy) I was surprised that it actually was pretty comfortable! I didn’t think it was too hard or too soft. While it is a comfortable couch I do feel like for the price point it may not hold up for a very long period of time. If you have a larger dog that sits on the couch it will likely destroy the couch or break it over time. While it is a cute couch and I do find it comfortable, I think for $350 it should be a bit more sturdy

The sofa was very easy to assemble I used it in my kitchen family room prefit for a area as such great value.

This was a great purchase! Very easy to assemble and feels super solid. Using it for my dining area as a banquette. Cleans up nicely and it’s our preferred spot to sit! It’s not very squishy so it makes it perfect for dining, I’d say it’s maybe not the most comfortable for lounging or curling up to watch TV but for my intention, nothing better!

For the price at $379 with tax it is very cheap. I think the price would be perfect at $199.99. It is very light weight. No real filling. The assembly when putting the top part on is a bit tricky. You need to align the slots just right. If you want to pay almost $400 for a bench then buy it. The seat is wide and comfortable. The back end to kean on is not comfortable. I wanted to return it. But, the hassle is not worth it. Would not buy again. Very light weight. Oh, and the seat is very low. I am 5'2 with short legs and the table was too high. It's a normal height table. I had to put seat cushions to have it just right.

Very nice piece of furniture, easy to assemble and very comfortable.Just the right size for smaller living space.

Although it looks nice with Accent pillows, this is far from a quality sofa. It can’t even be described as firm, ITS JUST PLAIN STIFF.It’s so uncomfortable, my children don’t even sit on it and their 11 & 12. Everyone rather sit on the ottomans than this sofa. It’s just a waste of money! Don’t bother buying. You family will hate it.

Super easy to put together; just insert the back onto the seat part. The cushion is on the softer side and sinks quite a bit, so not sure how long it'll last before it gives up. A decent and stylish sofa for small space.

My sofa arrived in a shipping box that looked really beat up externally, so I was worried about the condition of the sofa inside. After unpacking the item pieces, it turned out the back section of the sofa had a gash/puncture on the front section which was likely a consequence of something that had punctured the shipping box leaving it deeply marred. I contacted Zinus, and their response was that it was not their fault, and they told me to contact Amazon, and when I asked them if they had a recommendation about how to repair the gash/puncture, they responded they didn't know anything about fixing upholstery. I guess if you're a furniture maker you don't need to know anything about upholstery, [apparently.] In the end the Amazon Customer Service representative was helpful in resolving the issue, but if you are expecting Zinus to stand by their products, and how they pack them for shipping, you will be disappointed, as was I.
