Even bake and durable
Bought the lidless version to make English muffin bread and other loaf type breads and cakes. The pan is very durable and the fluted design does make for a perfect bake. I also have the half and quarter sheet pans from USA Pan. They are all super high quality and easy to clean, to boot.

Best loaf pans ever
Solid, baked goods slide right out. A bit of heft but that is why they are so good. The straight sides are tall and form a pleasing loaf. And - made in USA!

The best loaf pans that exist!
I went through numerous other loaf pans and was constantly disappointed. Many advertised as non-stick and I had to pry the bread out! These USA pans are just AMAZING. I bake different types of bread and they all just slide right out of the pans. The pans are almost as clean as before I baked the bread in them. I have both the 13" and 9" pans. The longer ones are with the lids. I find that I really do not need the lids and used my new 9" ones yesterday. The picture shows the bread after removing them from the pans for a 5 minute crisping. I recommend these loaf pans UNCONDITIONALLY!

Good pan for sandwich style loaf
It’s a good well made bread pan and made in USA. The only negative is that the sides and bottom do not brown.

Tippy Top Quality Bread Pan! ⭐
Finally! After months of trial & error on many different bread pans, I've found one that retains heat & bakes evenly. Hefty weight & amazing quality! Love that it has tall sides compared to the usual loaf pans. It may not be as aesthetically pleasing as the other color-coated non-stick pans on the market but it works wonders. I'm glad it's not coated so there are no issues of the color degrading or transferring onto the baked bread. With light greasing, bread is easy to remove. Pops right out! If that doesn't work for you, try placing a little strip of parchment paper 😊Very impressed! I've already ordered another one! 👍🏻P.S. I did not order the ones with the lids as I did not require it.

Bakes great
Pan baked the bread great. I normally just bake sourdough brioche (shokupan from The Perfect Loaf). A little annoyance is that water/oil gets stuck in the corners, so when you’re cleaning it there’s always something to wipe, or there’s always some wet crumbs to wipe out, but it’s fine. One time I accidentally cut myself a tiny bit from the folding on the outside (the spacing was larger than the other ones ~ I bought 4 of these), but it was just one time and I was careful after that. Anyways, works great for baking bread. I still grease the pan even though it’s nonstick, and also lay it with parchment paper if I’m baking banana bread or something sticky like that. I really like this brand.
