It's true, since it's portable and it'll kill battery within 2 nights. With rechargeable batteries, 1 night. I just charged by 2s and use it when necessary. It's not as strong as ornament on skins, or the ones to put on the humidifier. I use it for my 2 daughters when they are sick (3 year old, and was 4 months old now 10 months old). We can't put the ornament on them since their skin is sensitive. The humidifier is too strong for them, so we tried this one. It worked fine for them and their room don't smell like Menthol. We use this along with the medicine so we treat this as supplement to help relief to breath better at night. I placed it next to them facing them so. Well with the baby I placed on the baby crib facing cool mist-humidifier so it'll fall on top of her.

I use these all the time when I'm sick and they are just the greatest product ever, seriously, I mean it!

This is a must have with young kids... I wish it was still out in the market. I miss it sooo much!

All I can really say is that this thing eats batteries for breakfast. However, when it does work it is really good but not good enough to overcome its appetite for the batteries.

These are great when kids (or even the husband) is sick.

Broke in 2 mounths

found some vapor refill packets but could not find the fan. So glad to find it. Sure helps my son sleep better when he's congested! Just wish it were easier to get the refill cartridge out.
