Great product, Great return process
This product was very well made and great! Unfortunately it did not fit properly under our toy hauler and we had to return it. The return process on such a large and heavy item was wonderful. I was impressed. I hardly ever take the time to type up reviews but this one was worth it. Great (unfortunate) return process.

Storage Box Review
This box is too long to go completely under the camper. When it rains the box feels up with water. The lid is not secure either. I believe it is very overpriced.

Excellent concept, adequately made, lacks finishing touches
I received my boxes this week and installed them two days later. As noted this is an excellent concept and idea. I am not aware of anything similar on the market. I don't understand why they didn't go a little extra and finish the thing with some minor inexpensive extras. Packaging was very good. It looks like they set the item in a cardboard box, then foam filled the gaps. 1. Frame - the frame is a powder coated, welded steel frame made of "C" channel rails and the brackets are angle welded onto tube shapes. It is all welded construction. The frame is good, it was square, the welds were well done. The location of the support brackets underneath are hit and miss according to your RV model. I knew this going in and planned to cut the brackets off and re-weld them in the correct location to match the structural frame of the chassis on my RV. (moved each of them out 2 3/4") Very easy to do if you are familiar and have a small welding machine for this fabrication. I'd give the frame an A- grade. 2. Boxes - the boxes are heavy duty plastic bins with hinged tops. The bins are pretty substantial, the hinges are abysmal. One of the first things I did was go to the local hardware store and replace these homemade hinges with stainless steel hinges and hardware. I don't understand why the fabricator doesn't do this. How much more could it cost to do it right? You're already buying a very expensive item, they should make it right. The bins are not waterproof, but shouldn't collect much water if any underneath. The bins fit under my RV and will not get directly rained on. I did drill some 1/4" holes in the bottom of the bins to drain water if it did get in or any carry over from hoses. I plan on carrying things like sewer hose, valves, Andersen chocks, support blocks, chairs, etc. so, if they get a little wet it is no big deal. You can always put things you want to keep dry in their own separate smaller bins and store those inside these bins. I'd give the bins a C+ to B- grade. 3. Hardware - there is a spring loaded pin that rotates and holds the bin in place. One side works smooth as silk, the other side needs a cheater bar to move it. I'm going to drop the frame and see if I can fix it. There is no way to lock the bins, not that this is a big deal to keep someone from stealing a sewer hose, but maybe to keep the honest thieves or passer-by from taking a folding chair, hose or extension cord. It would have been so simple to come up with a simple lock system or hasp to keep the curious out.All in all this is a pretty good system for storing misc things you don't want inside. In my opinion, it is overpriced somewhat, but it is my experience that all RV and boat stuff is overpriced. For me, this is well worth the money and trouble if I can fix the latch that doesn't work. I may or may not add a lock of my own design. It always depends what's in the storage bin and where we are. Pics attached for your review. Good luck out there, be safe!

Read before you buy!!!!
I bought this for my father for Christmas. The first thing that upset me about this was I bought it once for the listed price of mid $600’s then they canceled my order so went to buy it again new listed price was set at $880 but it’s what he wanted so I bought it.Second arrived dented and scratch but thought whatever it’s going to be under the trailer and will eventually get dented and scratched anyway.Third zero mounting hardware and platesFourth doesn’t line up with the frame rails to even mount so now I have to fab up new mounting brackets. This is being installed on Lippert chassis trailer you would think they would make it so it lines up with there chassis. At this rate I should have just fabricated my own storage boxes for him.If you buy for 550-650 and get means of mounting it’s probably worth it because it COULD be an easy way of adding a little storage to your trailer.

Nice extra storage
Takes a little to install but nice product. Takes two people and maybe a couple trips to Lowe's, but overall would purchase again.

Good idea, could be executed better
This unit bolted up under my camper, no issues. As far as I know, no other company makes something like this and it's a good idea.Lippert could have spent a more time figuring out the little things. The hinges on the bin lids are a joke. Two of four were broke on arrival. The lids also don't fit in the bins right cause they didn't bother to cut a matching hole in the bin for the lid to set into. Absolutely no latch on the lids, I can't verify it but it seems like they will flutter up and down while going down the road, and probably break the other two hinges. It needs drain holes drilled into it for sure.Cost is only justified by it being a unique product. It's definitely not worth what they're asking. I'm gonna have to do their engineers job and fix the flaws so it's an actual finished product.
