Good product easy to install
Set up and installation easy, clear image on monitor, microphone sound good.Would like longer power supply wires, and perhaps a wider angle lensOverall very good would buy again. Good value.

The picture is good on the included monitor. If using the battery only then it doesnt last long. There is a cable to wire into doorbell ringer power. Not used.

Turns off
This camera is a huge disappointment. it shuts off; I have tried unplugging, and plugging it in again. Turning it off via the button on the side, tapping the little man icon, and ringing the doorbell; the picture comes back for 5 minutes, and switches off again, or it freezes on the image from the previous day; I feel as if I am living in an alternate universe. Begging, singing, imploring, praying . . . nothing works. Life is challenging enough without having a video camera that has shredded my nerves. I just want something that works. Simple!

Worst quality
Instruction was not clear regarding lock. And picture is not coloful. Almost like black and white. Nobody can hear anybody clearly. And camera too narrow.

This is terrible picture quality is poor it's cheaply made not worth the money I returned this with the swiftness this is a terrible video intercom system

Hold on to tiny gold screw that is needed to install.
Super product, not to costly and works perfectly. Note: Does not need charged (electric plug in) very often.
