I don't have a before picture but you can mostly see what it does in the photos from my shoot. I am about 5'5" and somewhere near 170 right now and already have a bigger bust, small waistline, and wide hips. I ordered a large and it fit really well, it was snug and held everything in and smoothed it all out. I wore this for an entire day walking and sitting to get a feel of it and how it wears after hours of use.Some things I noticed throughout the day: If you're wearing tight, light colored clothing you could see the outline of it in certain lighting. The thong will start to hurt (really badly) after a few hours because of how high you have to pull it up to really cover everything, otherwise the upper part of your stomach/back could just be spilling over. It does not 100% pull everything in if that's what you're hoping for, and buying a smaller size will not help - it will just make it tighter on you and cause any extra "fluff" you have to spill out of every opening and it would be super uncomfortable. I do like this item though because it smooths and pulls everything in at least a little. I'd say it's worth it.

This thing really works!For sizing purposes i got small I am 4”11 and about 112 lbs , but I have a bit of “mom belly” that is very visible when I’m wearing a fitted dress so I needed this one badly!There’s so many kinds and choices I’m so glad I went for this one , the price is amazing for such good quality one and works perfectly !

The size fits me according to what’s listed on the size charts. However, I feel that I should have ordered one size smaller for waist cinching effect. This one doesn’t really cinch my waist. It just flattens my belly. And while that is a nice feature, it’s not exactly what I was expecting. The product is well made though and most of it it seamless as well so it’s very smooth under my clothes. I may order one in black but I will get a smaller size if I do.

Love love love love this! Will be wearing under my wedding dress. Flattens my lower belly fat and takes an inch off my waist. Very comfortable under any clothes and invisible. Will be buying more! I am 150 and a medium was great, as I lose weight I will prbly change to a small to keep it tight.

Works great! Love it. Really smooths out, and never once rolled down! I really didn’t think this was going to provide such great support. Love that it is really high waisted as well. I was pleasantly surprised in the quality. I will definitely look to buy a couple more. My only complaint is that the thong part is quite uncomfortable after a while. I took a star off for that. Mind you, I was traveling out of state to an all day conference so was wearing for 10+ hours. If the thong area could be a little softer, more forgiving without compromising the support, it would definitely be 5 stars!Update: second time wear these and they are still fantastic. I had to wear them from the office to my flight back home which was a total of 16 hours and they held up and wear comfortable the whole time. I just came back to order two more! Adding another star as well. Great price, great support. Only thing is these did show up on the body scan through airport security, so I had to get patted down and explain which was a little embarrassing. But the boning in these help keep them rolling down.

I have constantly been looking for, and buying waist smoothers, cinchers, girdles-everything you can think of. I had a baby about 5 months ago and still have some 'flub' that is more annoying than anything. The girdles can look bulky under clothing; no one wants to wear spanx under pants; and the stomach only spandex 'tubes' roll up CONSTANTLY! The thong waist cincher is a WIN though! I love it. It doesn't roll down because of the small (bars?) that give it structure. The thong aspect of it makes it seamless under clothes-it also gives my butt a little definition too somehow (haha). It gives that perfect hourglass curve that everyone is dying for right now. I will definitely be ordering more because these are a staple in my wardrobe now!

I’m not used to wearing thongs so this was uncomfortable to wear at first so I wear panties under them. I normally wear 3x-4x in some things so I sized down for a firmer hold. Honestly a 1x would be better now that I’ve worn it a few times and got a look/feel of it with dresses on. It’s comfortable and emphasizes my hips very well and I can still breathe normally lol. Definitely worth the buy. And I received it quickly.

I was very hesitant at first and was still doubting buying this as I was waiting for it to come in the mail. I love it! It doesn't roll down, makes your tummy look great, breathable, and for someone who hates things, it was comfortable! I would buy it again in the future! I used it for my wedding day with my wedding dress and it made everything look great!
