You wonder how someone could lose one of these until you lose one of these... All jokes aside this does exactly what it needs to do, it turns.

Perfect fit, and it works

The OEM coupler has a triangular outcropping on the central neck. This prevents it from being removed from within the microwave and forces you to first remove the motor. Basically, with the motor mounted, the shaft fits in the middle of the hole in the microwave and there isn't enough room to fit the triangle part through the hole. None of the pictures for this item depict that triangular piece, but it is there just like all the rest. I thought I found one that wouldn't need me to remove the motor again (long story, but cabinet finishing makes removing the bottom panel very difficult). Unfortunately, this is like all the rest. It works fine, just required a bit more work for me. If you can easily remove the bottom panel of your microwave, it will be just fine.

Exact part, works like it should. How the prior owners lost it I have no idea.

Our original coupler lasted five years. When we started having issues of the turntable not turning, I started researching the cause. Apparently, the plastic just gets worn down over time. Pried the original off with a little pressure, popped this one in, and presto!

Works so much better than the oem one the microwave came with.
