I had a Phillips air fryer and it did the job but quickly rusted and didn’t cook evenly. THIS air fryer is heaven — it’s easy to use, easy to clean and does not rust like the Phillips. It cooks everything to perfection — evenly and perfectly “fried”. Ceramic is a healthy option for cooking your food ...and the flavor of my food when it’s done is AMAZING. My husband couldn’t understand why I wanted this air fryer when I had one that was functioning — until I made several meals using it — now he totally agrees it’s a much higher quality and well worth the money!! If you are thinking of making this purchase, do it. You won’t regret it one bit!!

I have had this model for about 3 weeks and have used it just a couple times. And it is easier to use compared to the Power XL model that I had (which the control panel broke on so I bought this Louise Sturhling model). I have had two problems with it.First problem, when I received the Louise Sturhling model, the outer pot's handle was missing the front half. I contacted the Louise Sturhling via their web site and they sent me a replacement within 3 days (maybe 4) after I provided a picture of the problem pot.Second problem, when I last washed the inner pot, I somehow lost one of the four rubber 'feet' that were attached to the inner pot. Currently, I have contacted the Louise Sturhling website again and am awaiting their response. I am hoping that they can send a set of the rubber 'feet' (rather than an entire new inner pot). I will update this review once I get their response.Now as far as how well it works, I have only used it twice and it was easier to use than the Power XL air fryer that I had that broke and was out of warranty and I could not fix it myself (the control pad came loose and I was afraid that it might break off entirely so I replaced it with this Louise Sturhling unit). The two times I have used it to cook some chicken thighs and it worked very well. I am hoping to try cooking some other food soon. IMO, this unit works better than my Power XL air fryer (and significantly cheaper), but then as I said I have only used it twice so far.

When I opened it, it had a very chemical smell that has ruined every food I've made in it. Everything tastes toxic. I was hoping it would go away with use. I'd used it 7 times. If it goes away I'll change my review but I'm tired of ruining food.Still waiting.

This Air Fryer has exceeded my expectations. I had another Air Fryer that is rated highly on Amazon and it did do it’s job for a few years. One issue that I had with it is that the metal that touched the food started to peel. I had to purchase a cast iron trivet so the food didn’t touch the metal. I don’t have to worry about this with the Louise Sturhling Air Fryer because it has a natural ceramic non stick coating. I also found that this Fryer did a much better job on my home made French fries and sweet potato fries. Yes , it did cost a little more but you do get what you pay for. Also, the customer service is excellent. Someone in the family misplaced the handle. When I contacted the company they offered to replace it although it was not their fault. Very happy with this purchase!!

Love the product but was a little too small for my use

This is the first air fryer I've ever purchased and it worked beyond my expectations ! The first food I tried was French Fries and it came out perfect , the kids loved them. I'm planning on trying to cook some on the recipes from the cook book and see how that comes out. I look forward to many great , low fat, meals in the future. The ceramic coasting makes clean up very easy and the compact size makes it easy to store on the counter. I hope they come out with a ceramic accessory kit as well, that would be a good addition to this amazing air fryer.

I got this air fryer as a Christmas gift for my brother and sister in law...they absolutely love it!! They have been wanting an air fryer for some time, but most of the ones on the market are made from the typical nonstick material which is laden with harmful chemicals. The whole point of air frying instead of frying in oil is to be healthier, so it doesn’t make any sense to cook a healthy meal in a device made with toxic chemicals (which inevitably leach into the food during cooking). I figured there had to be something better so it did some research and found the Louise Stuhrling chemical-free ceramic air fryer, and it ended up being a huge hit...they told me it’s super easy to use and to clean, and everything they’ve made in it has turned out perfect! They’ve only had it for a few days so durability remains to be seen, but they give it rave reviews so far! I already added it to MY Christmas list for next year (although I’ll probably break down and order it myself, I don’t think I can wait that long). My husband and I try to eat very healthy, but French fries are my weakness, so I can’t wait to make a healthy version in the air fryer and be able to enjoy them without guilt!

I love this fryer and use it several times a week. I also bought the accessory kit. The only thing I have as a negative in any way is that one of the plastic feet on the basket fell off. I contacted the manufacturer directly on their website, contact us form, and haven't even been acknowledged. I was willing to pay for the piece, I wasn't asking for free replacement or anything even though it fell off within the first week. I still use it, and it works great without the foot, just thought better customer service would have been nice.
