Cannot print through WiFi
Nice product. However, no proper instructions (working) on how to connect this to a WiFi and print through mobile or laptop. No contact Center number. Any help would be appreciated.

Ordered OVIO but received HOIN Printer.Printer driver only has few options.For Print Type : There are two options 1. Print as Image (This prints inch by inch and seems to slow) -- Is there any option to update this?, Manual doesn't help. 2. Print as Soft Text. (This doesn't apply the font we set).The support team says there is no way to print faster with Images.Wifi support seems to be terrible. Too slow.**Please do not opt this printer.**

WiFi did not work
The only reason I ordered this printer was it's wifi interface. It did not work. Returned it. It failed to connect to my computer via WiFi routers , I tried Airtel and Jio fiber routers.
