Much more than I thought I'd get for the money. I bought another for my wife so we both have these over the winter months. One neat feature is that all the speeds on your bike work well for progressive resistance. On top of those you can add the levels that you can dial on the Health Line frame. So, your 12 speed bike is a really a 20 speed. My personal forever ride resistance is 3rd gear on my Raleigh and 2nd or 3rd on the Health Line. Thats like 10% of the max level. 5-10 minute set up. I advise leveling the handlebars with a level to assure seat is straight up. This is a very cool device and I never write product endorsements. 6 stars. -Joe

Assembling this took about 20-30 minutes, mostly reading the instruction manual. I just have to replace the rear quick release with the quick release that it came with. Then attach the resistance bar to the rack, and put the bike on the rack, which is pretty easy. Removing the bike from the rack is also very quick.I gave it a try. I am only about 130lb and it was able to hold me without any problem.Changing the resistance was fairly easy by turning the knob. There was no movement for the rack when I am peddling, so it's safe to say this rack is pretty stable. The only problem I have is the sound the resistance bar produce when biking on it, it is a little bothersome, but I normally bike with my headphone on so that wasn't a big problem for me. This is such a great alternative to train during the winter month without going out in the cold. I believe all bike shop should have at least one of this in their shop so people can give a new bike a try to see if they actually like it before buying it.

when running the mountain bike tire on the stand it makes enough noise it will annoy others . On the road bike with racing tire that have no tread grooves but more of a slick type tire , you could have a baby sleeping next to the bike and Stand while you exercise and it would not wake him/her up or someone watching t.v. or on the phone . Its very quiet with the right tire. Its recommended that you use a trainer tire but the Michelin Dynamic Sport tires i am using which came stock when i bought my bike have so far held up with no problems using them (rear tire that is ) on the trainer and i have well over 2000 mi. on them before using on the trainer . I am planning on getting new tires for road use and using the currant tires i am using now for on the trainer use only or until they go at which time I'll switch over to a trainer tire when using the trainer . 6 months later trainer still working good .

This is very solid and quality bike training equipment. Easy to assemble and easy to use it with any wheel sizes. Great for indoor exercise when the weather is not good. In our case, it's working for my wife's first bike training. Helping to learn how to pedal, how to breed, body positions and more. Adjustable tension is working good with the turn of knots. My money is well spent.

I was very skeptical of this considering the cost compared to similar items. This is 100% worth it, plus some.Upon arrival I unboxed the trainer and tested this out with my road bike. The magnet made a ”bell” type noise. I reached out to customer service to see if this was normal, turns out it's not. They sent me a replacement immediately. They also followed up to make sure everything was okay. The replacement works great! Customer service responded very promptly to all emails and they were very accommodating.

Easy set up. Sturdy. So far so good.

This is a great product! All the fun of riding my own bike without the high humidity of the south!

THEY FORGOT TO INCLUDE A PART, BUT THEY REPLACE IT FAST!

Having retired, I no longer cycle to work and have been lapse at getting out. Decided this waas the answer, as I can still use my trusty old bike and get the exercise I need. Simple to put together and after replacing the quick releasae skewer from mine to the one provided, my bike was connected in minutes. Adjustable tension, means you can really get a range of workouts for a gentle pedal to very strenuous. If I want my bike to go out on (when the weather improves!), it will simply mean undoing each side by hand and riding off. As the bike does get raised by a few inches, I have to mount it using the pedal, but it is really stable on my garage floor. Comes with a mobile phone holder, which comes in handy as I use this for timing myself and listening to music via bluetooth headphones.

I purchased this trainer for use by my daughter who wanted it to expand her basic exercise regime. It is well made and offers good value for money although it obviously is not in the same league as my trainer which cost four times as much. A good choice for many cyclists although the enthusiast would probably want a more expensive trainer.

Very well made and sturdy piece of kit works well

It was easy to assemble and it's quiet when being used. The only negative thing I can say is that I don't like the tension adjuster, so I just use the gears on my bike which works just as well. Great for keeping fit over winter.

I got this for my son and his wife who are both fitness fanatics. They absolutely love it. Apparently it's easy to put their bikes on it and it runs very well, they usually put it in the garden on a summer's day rather than having it indoors.

this is brilliant for me.......quieter than i thought...works a treat...esp when you don't want to go out on bad weather days....easy to assemble...5 mins tops...

This Turbo Trainer is an excellent product, a quality piece of equipment. It arrived within a few days of ordering and was in perfect condition. The set up was quick and it works well and has turned a cycle into an exercise machine.

Not bad for price considering it's a new model,works brilliant, scewer not much good works with out it, ideal for winter months

Not been on a lot but seems pretty good so far

This is a really well made piece of kit that a is easy to use and robust. It packs away conveniently and comes ready to go - i.e. not need to assemble. It is easy to use and operate and is exactly as described. I would 100% thoroughly recommend this product.
