Very sturdy pan and rack. Thick metal, not flimsy. Rack fits perfectly in pan with no wiggle. Pan has nice finish.

I absolutely love both the grate and the pan! The pan is high grade aluminum so it heats evenly, will never rust and it’s super sturdy. The grate is also well made and sturdy. You’ll want to use a brush with sturdy bristles to get in between the small squares. I love that they are small and the perfect size, food won’t slip through! My first use was smoked salmon in my Traeger. I covered the pan and sprayed the grate with Pam. There is also a good inch of space between the grate and the pan, so that allows for nice airflow. Cooked perfectly! Fish slid right off the grate with slight finger pressure. I used the liquid Barkeepers Friend to clean the pan. Came out just like new! To clean the grate, I used soap and hot water and a brush I bought for scrubbing potatoes. Cleaned up nicely! I’ve been to a restaurant supply store to buy high grade aluminum pans and cookie sheets and I’ve paid top dollar, you get what you pay for! This pan is right up there with the same quality of high end aluminum, extremely sturdy and durable. I think you can guess to say I highly recommend this pan and grate!

Called the company direct and no one returned my call. First the rack was missing so I can't review it. Second the roasting pan warped after half an hour in the over at 450. Then cleaned it with a dobie pad which is very gentle. It is now full of scratches as if there was a coating on the aluminum pan. The pan now sticks to every surface??? What's that all about. This is an update for the product on 12/2/2019. The product was replaced, washed it thoroughly and then baked with it in the over at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. and I have had no problem with it. Love this pan and the rack too.

How many steaks or cookies should you eat? This will limit the top end number you can easily achieve while providing delicious results - no time or temperature corrections needed. Have a set and I’m giving them as gifts.

These work perfect in my combo toaster oven, air fryer. Conducts heat very well. I use parchment paper and cleans up so quickly. Very sturdy. Holds shape in air fryer mode. No rust. Size is perfect.

Perfect size for my oven. Both fit side by side if I need it . Love that they are deeper than a regular cookie sheet.
