RECEIVED OPEN BOTTLE, LEAKING, MISSING PART OF LABEL, UNABLE TO RETURN, RIPOFF!
TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE ITEM. WHEN IT DID COME, THE BOTTLE WAS LEAKING, SOME OF THE PRODUCT WAS OBVIOUSLY USED, AND THE FIRST PAGE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GLUED TO THE BOTTLE WAS MISSING. ATTEMPED A RETURN AND FOUND OUT THE ITEM WAS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. BEWARE THIS SELLER!!

Works well. I mopped and mopped my kitchenand couldn't get my grout clean so I got this and a little brush and hand scrubbed the grout. It's a lot of work but worth it. Now I need to seal it so it doesn't get dirt soaked again.

It Worked!
I had stains in my grout that nothing could get rid of, but this did! It also made putting on the mapei grout refresh a breeze, it adhered with no problems. A must product if you are going to be staining your grout,

Worked extra hard on tub tiles. Didn't see a difference. Not sure how this helps prep.
