Highly recommended. My teeth are very susceptible to staining from tea and coffee. I had to go to the hygienist every 6 months to get them cleaned. There has been slight whitening of my teeth, but little difference to my wife's. Otherwise, it cleans teeth well and leaves my mouth feelung fresh. At my annual dental check-up, for the first time as an adult, the dentist said that my teeth did not need a scale and polish. This suggests that Pearl Drops have had a pisitive impact.

It's quite difficult to judge whether this toothpaste has made a difference to the whiteness of the teeth. After about 3 weeks, I think it has but it's hard to say for sure. I will certainly keep using though, because it's good toothpaste anyway.

Could not rate this highly enough. I have an autoimmune condition that causes enamel loss, and have been looking for a whitening toothpaste compatible with this for years. I’ve been using this for months now and my yellowing has completely gone, I have no sensitivity. It’s great value for money and not gritty, so easy to use, just to replace your current toothpaste. I’ve since repurchased and results are still excellent.

As a cigar smoker and heavy coffee drinker, I'm well aware that my teeth look like kernels of flame roasted corn on even my best days, so I decided to give this stuff a try. I didn't notice results right away, but, after a week or so of my morning/nighttime brushing routine, even my wife tells me my teeth look noticeably brighter. I'm not going to lie to ya'll; I'd need a laundrymat's worth of bleach to make these things pearly white, but this stuff definitely has made a difference. Plus I love the fresh sensation I get from this after brushing. It's like biting into a York Pepperming Patty, but without the diabetic coma.
