Professional customer service
I was having trouble getting the sensors to work, I contacted Shelley at customer service and she walked me through the process, firstly she checked my wiring to make sure that it was correct, once that was correct she advised me to make sure that the sensors were properly aligned, ( this was where my issue was) I used a measuring tape and a line level to get the proper height of the transmitter and finally I got the “off” light to go off!!! I secured the transmitter to that exact location and checked the sensor by opening the gate and then closing it and they worked perfectly!!! I have to say that I was in constant communication with Shelley at TOPENS on 5 separate occasions and she was very helpful and professional and she knows her stuff, I’ll recommend TOPENS 100%!!! Great product and very great service!!!

NEED ASSISTANCE
Product did not work- I need contact information for Gatexpert so they can tell me how to wire this to my gate opener. This is my 3rd request for help. I received an email stating that I needed to send them my wiring diagram and who gate was made by. When I replied to the email it was returned and said the mailbox was full. I will be sending the unit back if I cannot get help.
