Great blood flow, I definitely get great pumps with this. The actual recommended dose to have positive benefits is 6g. So 3 scoops of these is awesome. I use have a pre-workout out shake and I add 3 scoops of this 30 mins before the gym. My arm get a a great hard pump. My legs get a good workout. Great supplement to have. I've always been a fan of N.O. products, pure L-Citrulline is 5 stars

I really like the entire product line of this brand. As an athlete, I regularly order supplements, and this brand suits me better than any other.

Noticed an improvement in blood flow within the third day of beginning taking this sup. Being at 2mg I was able to test my system in order to see just how much I can tolerate and what (if any) side effects I would experience. Well...the only thing that I'm noticing is bloating. This is or course not at the 2mg dose, this is at 10mg. There isn't anything wrong with this product at all. As a matter of fact, it has been the jumping-off point for me to realize HOW beneficial L-Citrulline is for my system. Per serving is 15 cents. This isn't bad, but these are 2mg servings. The optimal dose of L-Citrulline is 10mg. So in order to hit that optimal dose of 10mg, you will be paying .75 cents and you'll only have 20 doses. This isn't really optimal but like I said, the quality is still VERY good. I guess it really just depends on how much you're looking to add to your routine.

I recommend the product for three reasons: it has no side effects it contains no excessive amount of elements, it also mixes well with water even in cold water, and lastly, it adds a good taste to the liquid. Building muscle has become more of science than merely working out and this powder adds that value of science to the body as good nutrition.

I bought this Citrulline because it is plant based and therefore natural. I mix it with fruit juice and water to drink before exercising and find that it definitely increases my endurance. The powder dissolves very rapidly and does not have an unpleasant taste about it.

Great product, I prefer L-Citrulline to the other products thinned out with Malic Acid. Improved athletic performance, less DOMS after exercise.
