A bit too funky
If you are new to the world of Burmese fish sambal, I would highly suggest you avoid this product and start with shrimp balachaung which is spicy, salty, and sweet.Dried Lotus fish is also fermented so it’s like over ripe blue cheese fish. But the dried fish here was really beyond funky.
