Works quite well. Stays flexible no matter how cold it is frozen to so it will conform to the surface it is applied to. Other brands may get very stiff and not change shape easily. This is the one to buy !!

I had purchased a sole Flexi-I Cool 6x9'' a while back (<1 yr) and was so satisfied with the product that I decided to make the same purchase again.(I use these intermittently to quell periodic neck pain.)Although I purchased the exact same product, the more recent purchase leaked after < 6 months. It appears that the seams are glued.For less than $20.00 @ Amazon, I purchased a neck contour cold pack w/ a nylon exterior and double -sealed seams. It's pliable when frozen and can be folded in a freezer without cracking Gets ice cold after 90 minutes and mine remains so for @ 25 minutes.

Perfect for the purpose... localized icing for injured joints & muscles

I've had one (same brand as these ones) for years and have used it on several occasions (the original one even after these years, three kids, three dogs and a spouse hasn't even yet to leak or tear). They do warm up in about 5-10 minutes from body heat after placing it on the "ouch" area. I finally bought two more so we can keep them in the freezer and rotate them.They can also be used as a warm pack, which I haven't tried out yet.

My favorite ice pack. Does not turn solid when frozen which is great for icing my wrist.

This is only a 6" x 9". The pictures show a large and small size. I thought this one was going to be much bigger because of the picture and individual price o $7.12 versus the 12 pack price.

My doctor gave me this gel pak when I had foot surgery. Liked it so much I bought it for my sister when she was having foot issues. I only used it as COLD, not sure how well it works when heated up.

These work fabulous for my daughters broken arm!
