Promaster Dolfin 8001 ABS Dry Box - Clear/Black

Actually I bought this at my local camera store. It is really well constructed albeit under marketed product. Seems much tougher than a Pelican case although Pelicans are easier to find. The Dolfin's tolerances are tight. The case is at first very hard to open, but after a little time it becomes a bit easier. The Dolfin case includes a really robust foam bedding that can be customized; the pelican foam is extra. I am using one for a small C. Crane radio and two slightly smaller dolfin boxes for camera gps. The profile is more square than a Pelican and fits the ites I just mentioned much better than a Pelican. Truth be told both are very good products, but for the moment I think the Dolfin Box has a slight edge over the Pelican case.I guess my only grip is replacement foam for the Dolfin Box seems extraordinarly high, I'd look for a generic or Pelican foam
