Awesome bench and comes with multiple formats of workout guide
I LOVE this workout bench! It’s so versatile, and I had it completely assembled in one hour. Directions are clear, but the one thing they don’t mention (for those less comfortable with assembly) is to use the Allen wrenches or hex keys provided to hold each bolt still while securing the nut on the other side with the engineer’s wrench (also provided). This bench is very stable and has really taken my workouts to the next level! I also want to point out that it does come with the workout guide, and actually in two formats (one review said that they couldn’t gain access to the workout guide, so I wanted to mention this). The seller included a poster version of the workout guide and sends a card with the QR code for pulling it up digitally. When you do so, you may encounter a page that says “page not found”, but if you click on the 3 lines at the top left and select “resources”, you can get the workout guide for any/all of the benches that they offer. (I just took screenshots of it to have on my phone too.) They also have video tutorials for assembly (I think that’s at the bottom of the page that says “page not found”. Just scroll down.) The adjustments on this bench are perfect and effortless, the wheels make it so easy to move around, and the foot plates are a great addition for hyperextensions. I have also found ways to use this bench for even more exercises by tying a resistance band to the base. This bench is a great addition to any home gym and for the price, a great value too!

This bench is amazing!!
Oh my gosh so this thing is absolutely amazing I needed something that didn't take up a lot of space. And wasn't a waste of my money and would actually help improve my body. As for assembly it was very easy even my 10 year old helped me put it together. Has so many workout moves you can do with this thing without being super large I really wanted to work out bench and I also wanted an advent so two and one just seemed too good LOL. I also got mine on Amazon warehouse for a very good deal on here and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it except for one thing where they forgot to drill a hole through one of the pieces where you attach the seating bench on but it is absolutely not rickety it is very sturdy and it hasn't stopped it from working very very well. I'm a full-time single mom so I don't have a babysitter to be able to go work out at the gym but I don't want that stop me I'm always trying to look for a cool gadgets and things that I can actually really find that don't take up a lot of space I also got to pull up bar from Amazon warehouse that I fit between the walls and I hung it up in my closet and that works great for Pull-Ups I've gotten Great deals on heavyweights and dumbbells and bands. And I will say that one time I invested in a large home gym machine and I'm getting rid of it cuz I got sick of it taking up so much space even though I enjoyed using it I found that I have more progress with free weights and I will say I love this bench way more than that expensive home gym that I had! only disappointment that I will say I'm so sorry tall people but I don't think this will work for you I really hope that they build something similar to this for taller people because I think everybody should be able to enjoy this thing it is absolutely awesome but I do feel that if I was taller it wouldn't work out I'm five five tall and it seems to fit perfectly for me all the way it has adjustments to it but it works great for my 10-year-old as well when I adjust it who's obviously a lot shorter than me. Also I suggest looking up the workouts on Google for this machine because they don't show you all the workouts that you can do and there is a lot of them it doesn't even show you about the handlebars that you can grab onto to do this AB move I've been working out for years I should know all the names to the workout moves LOL but I don't so I'm just going to call it the ab move. Although I am disappointed that that move that it shows you with the first one that she does that looks good for your butt it didn't feel like too much of a workout but everything else did!

Good Bench, but Not Truly Collapsible and Headrest Is Short
I was looking for a weight bench that would fit in my office, and this brand came up several times while I was searching across different platforms. It definitely gets the job done and feels sturdy. Most of the bench is adjustable except for the headrest, which is too short for me as a 5'4" woman, so I imagine it may be too short for many people. I may have misunderstood, but I thought this model was collapsible. It is actually not, so if you are planning to fold it up and store it away, that is not really an option with this one. Otherwise, it has held up well and works fine for the exercises I use it for. If you want more workout positions, like sitting fully upright, I would recommend going for the next model up. For basic use, it’s solid and functional.

Great value
This is not a commercial gym quality item (if you're looking for that, there are other, more expensive benches), but it's fairly close and it's excellent for home use. The metal is a fairly heavy gauge and welds appear to be of good quality, with an excellent finish. The bench is stable and balanced well (I'm over 200 lbs. and have no trouble with it) in the various positions, yet it weighs less than I thought it would. The only negatives are: 1. I've seen better assembly instructions. While I was able to assemble the bench without any difficulty, the language could have been more clear, the part names more intuitive, and the drawings a bit small and cluttered. If you're the type of person who prefers to bypass the instructions and try to figure out how the pieces go together on your own, you'll probably be better off because reading the instructions might just add confusion. The company should reconsider their technical writing standards. 2. The red, plastic footrests are probably more of a nuisance than a help. They're not attached to the bench--they only sit on top of the bench's support footing--and they're likely to get kicked aside any time you move the bench (or could even get lost). They're not critical to the operation of the bench, but it's an unfortunate cheap element to an otherwise nice design. 3. There are no instructions on how to use the bench. I've already used a similar bench and knew exactly how to do so, but some people may purchase this item and not be familiar with the exercises and/or proper techniques. The instruction manual didn't talk about how to actually use the bench--only how to assemble it--and there were no pointers to websites or other resources. This isn't critical--a simple web search can find videos and descriptions of what to do, but the company could have easily provided a link to a web page or video resource. This represents a missed opportunity. Overall, given the price of this item compared to its peers, and given the high overall quality, I'd definitely recommend this product.

Worth it.
I’m a 65 year old man who is 6’ 1” and 225 lbs. Bought this mainly for back flexors and sit ups to strengthen core. Instructions were good if you read the steps and follow on diagrams. All tools to assemble are provided (the wrench is actually more substantial than thin flat ones provided with other kits). Arrived intact, undamaged, and all parts on a detailed packaging. Previous reviewer stated when the adjusting knob is screwed completely into the front vertical bar sleeve, the bar won’t slide in. Same issue but all you have to is back it out a couple turns until the bar goes in easily. The function is not affected and I used a black garden hose rubber washer (perfect snug fit) over the threads and it works perfectly. So far I’ve tested all the adjustments I need for my purposes and used a bit. Not wobbly or cheap feeling. I would recommend for home use.

Excellent Workout Addition for Home Gyms
This is my second workout-related purchase from this company, about a year apart. The first was a simple bench for pressing. I was so impressed with the quality and clarity of the first product that this is the only company I was interested in. Good pick on my part, and I highly recommend Finer Form. For English speakers, the instructions were either prepared by a good English speaker / writer or reviewed by one. Everything makes sense; everything is easy to follow.

check all your parts - they will fix your order if there’s is an issue.
Edit: they replaced the broken part with just a message. Tysm. | I was almost done putting this together and then - a defect. I’m so disappointed in what otherwise seemed like a perfectly reasonable price, decent build, and easy assembly. Now what? I’m supposed to take it all apart because there’s no QC on one part? What a shame. Seems like a good bench, but since I bought it specifically to get back to incline sit-ups, now what? Sigh. Right next to the quality check stamp too. Smh.

Small for a 5’10” person
Foot platforms for back extensions and side bends are extremely small and inadequate. They’re “Ok” if you’re wearing shoes but if you’re barefoot like I am most of the time in my upstairs home gym they are very uncomfortable. When laying down on the bench to do crunches my head hangs off the edge about 5 inches. So I have to come down real slow to avoid possible neck injury. The bench also needs another notch to take it from flat to inclined. It only has two decline notches for crunched and no incline notch for free weights. The support pad adjustment is a threaded bolt witches annoying to unscrew and screw back down to adjust the height of the support pads. The female threads on the front upright frame aren’t long enough and the bolt falls out half the time before you can thread it out far enough to get the support pads to adjust up and down. For something that is going to be adjusted as much as it is, they should’ve just used a slid pin like they did for the leg press frame, shown in the picture. Lastly the head pad is cocked to the right. This does not affect the functionality but also is not aesthetically pleasing and it is not adjustable. All and all I am happy with my purchase even though it may sound like I’m not. A good purchase for the price but it definitely has some design flaws. I would not recommend this product for someone taller than myself if they want to use it for crunches, unless they were to offer a head pad that is extended.
