Best Flour for people with Diabetes
I used to buy raw wheat and personally go to Flour mills and grind them. After shifting to new City, I couldn't find a flour mill in the vicinity and started using Flour from branded companies(Like Aashirwad, Pillsbury and others). believe me, I have experimented around 6 to 7 different brands (including other organic ones). The Rotis made out of those flour looked white and beautiful. But if you check the amount of fibre content, it is very less. Moreover, they started giving me constipation and flatulence.Today, I started using the whole grain wheat flour from "Truefarms". By the look of the Roti itself, I can tell, these have a high content of Dietary Fibres, which is extremely essential for the regulation of blood sugar. It tastes exactly as the wheat I used to grind in the Flour Mills under my supervision. I love this wheat flour.The only cons - they are selling in 1 KG packets. It will be really appreciated if they can sell in 5 KG bags and reduce the price for bulk purchase.BTW, I have ordered another product "Protein wheat" from them and will give a review once tasted.
