These things really work well.
These stir sticks are amazing ! Don't get carried away though, you only need one to do the job. Once you select one, and insert it in your favorite beverage, simply apply a rotational motion around the inside rim of your container, and Wala, your beverage is mixed to perfection. HINT: just use your wrist, not the whole arm, and that's all you'll ever need to get the most effective stir with these. The length of these works for almost all sizes of cups, mugs, or even fine china. You really can't go wrong with these, for all your stirring of beverage needs.Oh, and the best part is they are totally biodegradable, and natural. None of that hydrocarbon plastic chemical stuff to worry about!

A great solution to our STIRRING problem...
While I AM concerned about our environment, and would never buy PLASTIC coffee sticks, the real reason I bought this product is simply because I got agrivated that there were never any spoons in my silverware drawer. We drink a lot of coffee and tea at our home, and no matter how many spoons I have, no matter how many times the dishwasher is run, all of the spoons are in the sink waiting to be washed. These sticks have eliminated the problem completely. When I went looking for a cereal spoon this morning, lo and behold, there were plenty to choose from! I do wish they came in a longer length though, because our travel mugs are quite tall and never get their bottoms stirred... Great wholesome looking product, delivered in a timely manner, no real complaints... Thanks loads!

That’s 00.01599 cents a stick
Actually that’s a bit more expensive than some other the others available on Amazon. It’s wood and it’s a stick.

Great for plant markers
First I must say I’m not using these as stir sticks. I’m using them to mark seedlings, as they are too easy to misidentify without some identification mechanism. That being said, I put these little sticks through a harder workout than they would get if they were being used for their intended purpose. They are just wide enough to write on, and narrow enough to stick into a pot or pod with soil or peat. They are working well, although they turn dark after a month or so, but they are still readable.I really like the fact that these are untreated wood, so I’m not introducing anything nasty into my soil, and they will eventually just compost.

Gets the job done!
Pros:You get a toooooon! They will last a long timeNot badly priced considering the quantity!Gets the job done, use for a quick stir in coffee/teaBiodegradableCons:Weak wood - I wouldn’t leave them in hot liquid for more than a min or soHas a horrible taste if you stick them in your mouth to prevent drips after a stir.Overall, I would probably do a search again and see if I can find a different kind of wood next time. Or at least something more sturdy. Mainly because I’m someone who would put the stirrer in my mouth after using it to prevent a mess on the kitchen or floor...I can’t stand the taste these give me. However, I won’t be doing that search anytime soon because I still haven’t even refilled our container. The rest of them are still untouched in storage - there’s so many! If I can’t find something better, then I wouldn’t mind reordering.Hope this helps!

Wow! What amazing stirrer sticks!
What more can I possibly say? After not one, but TWO emails asking me to rate my purchase, I have only great things to say about these stirrer sticks. I mean, they're Uber Eco-Friendly, decompose shortly after use, can be used for kindling in a pinch and are 100% renewable! Not so good for eating Italian Ice or for skewering beef kabobs, but hey, they're stirrer sticks! A word of caution - don't run with stirrer sticks, you could take your eye out! Did I mention how well they stir?!? Granted, some gentle stirring effort is required on the users' part, but man do they ever stir as advertised. Highly recommended. 5+ stars. Now please stop emailing me.

Stop washing spoons used to stir coffee.
Especially liked that extra customer service THANK YOU card. Nice touch. Makes me more interested in what The Sturdy Kitchen has to offer. Oh, The reason I buy these statistics is because I am so tired of washing spoons just because I use them to stir my coffee. I used to steal them from Starbucks and thought that’s really not the right thing to do so I bought some! I think them to work too so that we don’t have to wash spoons there either .

Make do..looking for better ones
These are alright. Right size for my usuage but quality could have been better. The ones I had found in Costco were 7” in length but were of great quality, not a single one was broken or crooked. These are slightly less thicker than the ones at Costco, some are crooked or broken from the top. These will be my backup option only in times of desperation.
