It's a good product that I have used for about 7 months and that's why I bought it again. It keep me regular (bathroom).

Always looking for easy ways to up my fiber. This fits the bill easily and organic to boot. I eat three with each meal. Keeps me regular and helps my lipid profile too.

This is My go-to brand for fiber. I have trouble with too much bile being produced in my body + this fiber helps with that that I have to take massive amounts and it's easy to take with these pills. I tried the loose fiber and it was just too difficult to take.

We try to consume soluble fiber regularly throughout the day because of its numerous health benefits. I hate using psyllium husk powder: it's hard to clean, can get clumpy, and just doesn't taste good (although you get used to it over time). It's also realllllly hard to travel with psyllium husk powder. Enter psyllium husk capsules! These have transformed how I travel and my daily psyllium intake SO much! So easy and portable. We buy these regularly, and I have absolutely no complaints. I do like that they are non-GMO as well.
