Sizing not as described in size chart
The sizes are not as described. I ordered a M (10-12) Big Girls size-the robe that was sent was very small for a nine year old and said size 7-8 on the label. I returned that robe and had no problem with the return. I then ordered the robe again, this time size L(12-14). The second robe that was sent said 10-12 on the label. We are keeping that second robe because the granddaughter needs a robe, it is cute and it does fit for now-even though the seller again sent the incorrect size according to their own size chart. This robe will probably only last one season because it will be too small next year.

TOO SMALL
This product was too small. The reviews are correct the sizes are all wrong. RETURNING. Only getting 1 star because robe is comfortable. The shoes can fit only fit a DOLL.

Smaller fit but very soft
Product fits much smaller than expected was to small for my daughter but will make a great xmas gift for my niece. Very cute and soft.

Cute for 10 and under
I loved this as a gift for my niece. It was a bit thinner/flimsier than I had hoped and I don't think the slippers will hold up longer than a few weeks, but it was well received by a young lady.
