This is the best patio heater. Heats immediately and produces great heat. The company is the best to deal with. They reply promptly to any questions or problems. I would highly recommend their products.

Doesn’t work! No matter what setting it’s on it barely puts any heat out!

I love it! It’s beautiful, quite and keeps my greenhouse/patio a perfect temperature.

The unit only worked for about 3 hours. I installed it, turned it on and after 3 hours it stopped working.

I purchased this product at a trade show, yesterday. I specifically asked the Seller about using this on my 3 Season Porch and he was adamant that it would keep my porch area warm for my plants that come in for Winter. He warned me of keeping a distance so as not to burn the plants. I set this up in the middle of the room and the room did not warm up at all. Apparently this item is only a “space” heater and one needs to be within 2-3 feet in order to receive warmth. I am disappointed that I was misled that this would assist in warming up a porch area. At the trade shows take note that there will be several running at angels to make the space feel warmer.

Purchased 2 at the Des Moines Home and Garden show last week to take the chill out of my large 3 car garage. Have had it for 5 days now. I have the thermostat set on the lowest setting. The overnight temperature has been below 0 and the 2 heaters have kept my garage at a constant 40 degrees. So far, so good.

Worked for maybe 2 days. Don’t know where to go for customer service.

We bought this today at a boat and RV show. We set it up on our 10x8 patio and it only warmed the area up from 37 degrees to 40 degrees and our patio is enclosed on 3 sides and screened on the 4th side.

Delivers exactly what it said. More heat than other products but still 120.

Nice quality. Installed over my work bench in my Garage Shop and it exudes a pretty intense heat for me while working at the bench. I have been using it now for 3 weeks and so far so good!

These are great heaters!! I use it in a covered deck! I had 2 of these before seems to last about 5 years then quits! And that’s only using them lest than half a year!

Love this on the patio!
