The kicking person was not sanded properly - it had rough surfaces with little bits of wood hanging on. I had to sand it a little before gifting it. The finish coat was not evenly applied to the figure even before I sanded it. The wood used for the base didn't match the wood used for the kicking person.I have bought several of these of a different brand before and was quite pleased. I purchased this one because it was cheaper, but the quality difference was very noticeable. Next time I'll buy the other brand.

These were purchased as Fathers Day gifts Which i attached a gift card. The recipient loved them.Would buy them again for a novel birthday gift And attach a gift card. Were delivered in a timely manner and were solid wood. Worth the money!

The design makes it so that the speaker is obstructed when held in portrait mode. This makes it useless of video calls in portrait mode, because it doesn’t pick up sound correctly.

Liked it over all. Does what it should. Looks cute. The top inch of the hi-ya leg broke off when my kid dropped it on the tip but given the direction of the wood grain, that could be expected. I glued it back on and it still looks and works fine.

Value for money,perfect for my two kids they are martial arts instructors.

This is cute and does a great job of holding my phone at my desk. No complaints!
