I bought this product, price is nice, and video quality is decent, however I'm from Phoenix Arizona, and the heat here destroys anything not tested for this extreme heat, well needless to say, the heat warped the display cover and then the display itself fell out of the cradle case in just two and a half hours of my vehicle being parked in a lot. The temperature was mild this day at 109 degrees. I couldn't imagine what more than two hours of 115 + would do to the unit. So if you're like me and need the protection of a video, to avoid dishonest people from bogus law suits, be sure to remove the device/camera from your vehicle when you park it on a hot summer day. The support team was great and quick to make it right, they're sending a new one at no extra cost and advise me it was unnecessary to go through the trouble of returning the damaged one. I cannot put the entire blame on the device due to the extreme heat in AZ.

The camera looks very nice. I love the fact it has a rear camera. Unfortunately, the rear camera does not come with a long enough cable to work in most cars.I contacted the seller and they offered to send me a longer cable at no additional cost. Sounds great! Except it never arrived.Didn't really matter anyway since the camera housing fell apart about 2 weeks after my purchase. I super-glued it back on, and it kept working.A car crossed over double yellow lines and sped around me on a two-lane road. I inserted the SD card into my laptop and viewed the video. Unfortunately the video quality is so poor, it didn't even come close to being able to make out the blurry license plate number.It was almost a relief that the camera completely stopped working about 3 weeks after my purchase. If it had been one week later, I would have been stuck with a fancy-looking paperweight.I contacted the seller's support team, and they didn't offer a replacement, so I had to make a return through Amazon.I'll try to find a better quality video camera and definitely a better customer support team.

Bought this to replace my old Uniden dash cam that started glitching. This was easy to set up and use. I did not hook up the rear camera so I cannot comment on it. The front dash cam itself is nice. Large screen with easy to use buttons on the side. Plenty of options in the menu to fine tune it. The suction cup mount holds it firmly on the windshield. It also allows you to turn off the screen while still recording (a feature I was looking for). You will need to buy your own SD card as there is not one included. I was able to re-use my old one and use the format option on the camera to set it up. Night vision is pretty decent for this cameras price point. Day time is even clearer, obviously. So far I would recommend for an affordable dash cam.

I like the cam. Has good video for front and rear. The suction cup holds it really well.Both power cords are plenty long enough.What I don’t like is the light that comes on for night (or when you press the break for rear, that’s when you attach the cam to the break light). It’s distractingOther than that would buy again!

I have to say that I am deeply upset and dissapointed in this product. The whole reason why I decided to purchase this product was as a preventive measure and to capture down footage in case I did get into an accident, because unfortuantely I did get into an accident a year prior where someone t-boned my car. Fortunately my dashcam at the time was able to capture that footage although not in the best picture quality. As such, I wanted to upgrade to a better dash cam and purchased this item. Unlucklily for me and my string of bad luck, I got into another accident yesterday where I got rear-ended by another vehicle on the freeway. So when I went back to review the footage that I expected to be captured on film of the accident, it was not there -_-. Not only was the footage not captured, the footage when I reviewed the tape was out of order and footage of anything was difficult to find chronologically. Needless to say, after reviewing all the videos on the SD card, the most important footage that I needed was not there. I am extemely upset to say the least.

I liked it for the first couple days and then it stopped working properly. The Back-up Camera goes on and off and now I can't even get it to record. I'm going to buy the correct micro cards since Amazon gave me the wrong ones. Which I didn't catch it until after I paid for them that you guys out right said to make sure you buy the right one. If this doesn't fix the problem you'll hear from me. I hope it does so because I actually liked it when it did work. 2 hours later newest SD card the right one works perfect

Night vision is not to good and have hooked up the rear camera yet but I will be other than that it's an ok product and it keeps telling me to format the card when have done it 4 times already wouldn't recommend buying it pay the extra cost and by a good one

My vehicle already has a standard rear cam so I can’t review the rear cam that this product came with. The dash cam however is great. I live in Las Vegas and I do rideshare so I’ve seen hit and runs, people running red lights, etc so having this cam puts my mind at ease in case something happens to me or my passenger(s) on the road. The picture quality is fantastic and everything is up and running as soon as the car is on. I would highly recommend this dash cam.
