Worked perfectly!
I purchased this salt to cure a ham. This was my first attempt at curing meat and it worked perfectly. The ham turned out delicious so I decided to cure another one which also turned out perfect.

Packaging was clean and undamaged. Compared to the bacon Cure I I purchased from the same company looks like it has been in war and back. Disappointed

Good curing salt
The very fine salt mixed very easily with my bacon brine. Seemed to be very high quality curing salt. Used as directed and couldn't taste any nitrates when it was done.

Does the Job
