Overall it is a beautiful diffuser and I like it, however I have owned 2 others of a different kind and replacing the water in the others was not hours but days. I also tried the slow mist but it still runs out quickly. Wonder if they have a larger version that holds more water?

First let me say, this is the prettiest diffuser I’ve come across. Looks great on my counter, and I really enjoy it.Mine did not come with any instructions. So, I had to figure it out on my own. It wasn’t easy. Turns out that the funnel thing goes upside down on top of the part you fill with water. Then you put the glass part on top. Take the funnel off and put it back on before you use it. Mine must have been assembled wrong when it first came, and somehow while it was running, no mist came out and the unit filled with water between the reservoir and the glass, resulting in water all over my counter. But, I got that figured out, and now it works great.Next, the button on the right turns it on. Hit it twice if you want the mist to run intermittently.The button on the left turns on the light. Turn it on and wait a bit. The light will begin to change colors. When it gets to the exact shade you want, hit the button again and it will stop on that color.This all might seem intuitive, but it wasn’t for me, and a little piece of paper with instructions would have been very helpful.Lastly, this unit only holds 120mL. This is much smaller than diffusers I have had in the past. So, it only runs a few hours before it’s empty and turns off. Personally, I like the smaller size. It allows me to change what I’m diffusing more often without dumping anything down the sink. I have had to adjust how many drops of oil I use though. If I use the same as my other diffusers, it comes out too concentrated.All in all, I would definitely recommend this diffuser because it is uniquely pretty and easy to use once you get it all figured out.

I have had this diffuser for a few months and used it a handful of times. I had it running for a few hours yesterday when I noticed that the water level hadn’t gone down. When I lifted off the glass dome to see what was going on I noticed it was very warm and I could also smell a slight chemical/burning smell. The inner plastic reservoir was HOT. So, I decided to measure the water temperature and it was 142°! This product is a dangerous. Who knows what would have happened if I didn’t check it?

So pretty and functional. It puts out lots of scent and is powerful. I use the intermittent cycle to have the water last longer. Lights are nice, but not my thing. So easy to use. Two complaints- where the prong is attached makes it a real pain to detach it to put more water in & secondly, removing the glass is somewhat slippery, but nothing terrible. Definitely something for an adult to handle.Overall, happy with the purchase and would buy again for self or a gift.

This diffuser is beautiful! I have a very feminine bedroom and next to my lamp it makes it the perfect girly aesthetic. The dossier looks to me and reminds me of those old glass perfume bottles. For the price, it is such great quality and makes my entire room smell good with 5 drops of essential oil. The one thing I would change about it is to have the ability to dim the light. You can stop the color changer on whatever color you’d like but it is very bright and I have to make sure to turn off the light if I’m putting it on before bed.

The reservoir is not 120ml. I used a measuring cup to fill water to the "max" line. It showed 100ml. The cap for the reservoir was too loose. Every time I removed the glass cover, the cap fell off. Not a big deal but pretty annoying. There was also some water left after the diffuser shut off.

This was a nice product and I would have given 5 stars but before I reviewed it, the light stopped working. I have had it 1 month and 8 days and it no longer works. I paid $25 for something that stopped working 8 days past the return date. I would not suggest or recommend this item.Update...The company did finally send me another diffuser and so far it is still working and it is beautiful!

i am so glad to have purchased one of these for me - i actually purchased about 5 more for gifts. It is a very nice gift. Everyone i gave one to was so happy and thought they were beautiful. The crystal decanter appearance is very nice and much more decorative than most i've found. Very easy to use and the diffusing lasts a long time. Especially for the size. i keep one in each bathroom and in the kitchen.
