I'm 6'3 235 lbs and the extra large fit fine. It is snug but it's supposed to be. If you're really fat this will not help.Worked well after I fractured my back. Again, if you have a big belly, this will not help. Stop eating and go to the gym.

This shirt may be the absolute worst item I have ever purchased. If I hadn’t opened and thrown away packaging I would be seeking to return.The quality of materials is similar to tissue paper, it has the durability of wet tissue at that.Fit is fine across chest and shoulders, but the shirt fits like a crop top, Bailey reaching my waist line.I would not normally suggest avoiding a product at all cost, but in this case....avoid at all cost.

I’ve lost 50 pounds this year and use these high compression t-shirts day/night to help ensure everything settles back in place. Working perfectly! Use the size chart! I’m 180, 6’ and ordered the small after using the medium for many months during weight loss. Very difficult to get on, but once settled, it “fits like a glove” (literally). If you don’t need that much compression, then stick with the mid/upper end of the size chart. (Or try it on and return it if you don’t like it).Many other shirts (and I own/use a few) offer MUCH less compression. I use those as cold base layer, or with this compression t-shirt.If you’re wearing an X-Large shirt and hoping this allows you to fit into a medium - not recommended. The product provides huge comfort (and confidence), but doesn’t work miracles for any of us.I purchased 6 of these and use them daily now. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure if the lines on the stomach are supposed to make it look like a six-pack but it doesn't. It's stretchy and keeps everything smoothed out except for the weird lines on the front which you can see through a T-shirt. I'll probably just use this for button-ups.

I needed a compression tshirt after surgery and this worked great.

This shirt is significantly smaller than advertised and seems cheaply made and packaged.

I just received two t-shirts that I bought and they are comfortable. I am in the process of losing weight, I am currently 290lbs and I am 5'5" in work shirts I wear size 2XL and following the chart in the post I decided to buy XL. The compression is comfortable, I was hoping it would fit a bit more. For the next I will buy L. I recommend them.

Doesnt hold in fat at all, makes u sweat loads and is not comfortable, just a crap tight vest.

This thing doesn’t do anything and it’s really really short, like above waistline. Cannot be tucked in but you wouldn’t want to anyway because it doesn’t work.
