BaldwinTorrey, Entry Door Handle Reversible Lever with Keyed Lock Featuring SmartKey Re-key Technology and Microban Protection, in Venetian Bronze

I bought two entry, three privacy, and one deadbolt to replace another " high quality " set. The other brand was nice looking but started wearing out after five years. The difference between these sets is substantial. The handles are solid, the action is smooth, the finish is thick. The core is beefed up with a heavy plastic insert which makes up for the rather cheap inner mechanism.The installation was easy and the re-keying was super simple. I got two spare keys made with Kwikset blanks available at any hardware store. I was worried about the distance between the lever and door but as you can see in the pictures, it is ample.If you want superior door hardware, look no further than Baldwin. I doubt you will find a better packaged, heavy duty, exceptional quality door hardware. And as a bonus, the price is very reasonable on Amazon.

This is my second Baldwin door lock. It is a well manufactured and quality product you will be proud of. Can’t do much better.

I both two Baldwin locks one Single Cylinder Deadbolt Featuring SmartKey and second Keyed Entry Lever Featuring SmartKey. This last one had a manufacturer defect, they forgot to pre-install one of the screws to tighten the exterior lever. You can see from the provided photos.So I returned for exchange hope a new one will be in normal condition.To be honest the deadbolt lock works and looks perfect. Let see how long it will stay.I will update my review after receiving a replacement. 3/15/19How I promised now I'm updating my review. I was not quick-witted how that pre-installed screws are works. In order to tighten the handles, the screws must be unscrewed in different directions which is not quite clearly described in the manual.Now I'm going to score five stars because of both locks looks and works well. Hope this review will help the manufacturer to describe this part of the installation more intelligible. 03/18/19

We redid every door in our house with this product. All 33 door sets were perfectly packaged, went together perfectly and are both pleasing to look at and to use. Very impressed with the quality of this product.

Easily scratched. One year old and rarely used doors have scratches on them

The quality is great but the directions for installing the outside level were problematic.

The ease of installation was super easy , very well made product !! I installed 9 of these and a great tip would be to put the handles on first before you attach the 2 door assemblies together.

Good quality lock and easy to install. I replaced all my old locks with Baldwin, smartkey compatible locks.
