the pump was very heavy & much larger than we needed. our fault, we should have read more details.

Product not capable of described outputs
Pump Controller and pump not wired to truly pump water from 600 head feet. I had it at 500ft and the controller could not support the power draw. Purchased Franklin controller and the pump ran for about two weeks before the pump failed. I would not waste your time or money on this pump and controller.

pumps works good and easy to install but the cheap made control box quit working the first week

Pump is great. Controller box not so much.
This is a great, strong pump. The controller box was such a disappointment. It worked for 3 minutes. Then the next day, for 3 seconds. Then, I sent an emial the company and then I got a household member to mess with it. And I do not know the details, but it works now, sort of, because the controller box is just that much of a mess. What everyone in the household says, is that the pump is excellent and very low price for what is delivered. But if I could not find anyone to figure out how to make the controller's (?wiring?) work, I would be faced with trying to figure out how to remove, rebox and return the pump. I did contact the company with questions. Their policy is to return emails with in 48 hours (the trees and lawn were getting drier by the hour) and they replied within 26 hours, asking for a picture and more details. By then, reading the other reviews, the household member went to work being inventive. I never followed up with the seller. This saved me a very big amount of money from having a professional come in to sell and install their own pump and controller.

Wow great price fast shipping and at 450ft it works so good. Had to rewire control box to make it work for my well. No complaints
